Our company founder and director Zilvinas Navickis (Zill) has been working in the property sector since 2013. He has helped build other brands from the ground up and had to work his way up the Estate agency ladder from a junior lettings negotiator all the way up to a director's position with those brands. He has managed over 3000 tenancies to date in his career and his qualifications can be seen below.
